An officiant service is for couples who already have a venue or location chosen such as a church, event hall, park, or backyard and simply need a licensed Christian officiant to perform and file the marriage ceremony.
As your officiant, we travel to your ceremony location, lead your service with professionalism and reverence, and ensure all legal and spiritual elements are fulfilled.
You can choose the tone of your ceremony legal, simple, or traditional and we’ll handle everything from the license filing to your personalized vows.
Elopement Packages
An elopement officiant service is ideal for couples who want a complete, all-in-one experience handled by us.
This includes ceremony structure, coordination, and even the venue.
Elopements can take place:
- At your chosen location (home, park, beach, or garden)
- Or at one of our office locations for a private, courthouse-style signing

How to get married quickly in New Jersey
Whether you’re planning a traditional ceremony or a last-minute elopement, here’s how to make it legal in NJ:
- Apply for a Marriage License
Visit the municipal clerk in the town where your ceremony will occur. Both partners must appear in person.
There is a 72-hour waiting period before the license becomes valid. Out-of-state couples must apply where the ceremony will be held. - Schedule Your Ceremony
Choose a quick marriage signing, elopement officiant service, or full wedding ceremony.
Select your preferred location — office appointment or mobile service. Bring two witnesses (available for a small fee if needed). - Get Married
Exchange your vows or declaration of intent. Sign your license.
We’ll file your paperwork with the registrar the next business day, and you’ll receive your certified copy directly from your municipality.

Can My Wedding Officiant Travel to My Destination Wedding?
Yes but destination weddings are handled differently.
We only travel for destination weddings booked through BWM Travel Agency to ensure all travel, coordination, and legal documentation are properly managed.
If you’re planning a wedding outside our service areas, your officiant’s travel and accommodations must be covered by the couple.
