TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for choosing BWM Travel Agency ("BWM", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your travel booking with BWM. By making a travel reservation with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

TRAVEL BOOKING POLICY BWM Travel Agency offers one free travel quote for a customer inquiry. Additional quotes beyond the first are available for $50 per quote. Additionally, BWM charges a $25 service fee for each individual booking. This fee will be added to your deposit invoice. This fee includes destination weddings booked after April 1st, 2023

BOOKING PROCESS To initiate a booking, you will be required to complete and submit a client profile form, which includes uploading a copy of your government-issued identification. For domestic travel, you must upload a driver's license or state identification card. For international travel, you must upload a passport. If the passenger does not have a passport or does not upload prior to booking and has completed a DocuSign, any changes to the itinerary will incur a $50 change fee. This fee will be paid directly to BWM Travel Agency prior to making any changes. Plus the cost of any supplier change fees.

PAYMENT POLICY Unless otherwise defined during the reservation process, final payment is due prior to departure or consumption according to each supplier’s (airline, hotel, cruise line, transfer company, sightseeing operators, and other travel service vendors) terms and conditions involved in your travel booking. If final and full payment is not received by the applicable due date, reservations are subject to cancellation, and deposits shall be forfeited. In some cases, there is NO REFUND once a booking is made and paid for. Your right to a refund, if you change or cancel your travel plans, is limited. All cancellation requests must be sent to BWM in writing at Travel@Bookedmargaret.com. As a result of the cancellation, third-party supplier cancellation penalties will apply, which are detailed in your travel documentation.

Late Fee Policy: BWM Travel Agency charges a $10 late fee for any payment made past the monthly due date. To avoid late fees, it is the client's responsibility to ensure timely payment. Final Payments will incur a $50 Late fee if an extension is needed or payment is made more than 25 Hours after due date.

DOCUSIGN AGREEMENT AND CARD VERIFICATION All clients submitting payment will have to complete a DocuSign agreement to AUTHORIZE Payment, you will also have to securely upload a picture of the card used. The document is encrypted and password-protected for your safety. Payment Authorization: Every payment made towards your booking must be made using the same card authorized in the DocuSign agreement. If you need to use another card, an additional DocuSign agreement must be completed and a $4.50 card change and processing fee will apply.

NAME POLICY Travel reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name change fee WILL apply. You will update your customer profile during the booking process.

PRICING POLICY Prices are subject to change without notice unless a deposit has been placed. Please make your reservations immediately for the price to be locked in. A monthly payment plan will be set up and established for you upon registration/booking. You can/may choose to submit a payment larger than the minimum monthly payment that has been established. You will have to authorize a monthly payment, or it will be automatically withdrawn when applicable. Payment plans are only available for trips with a minimum departure date of at least 60 days in most cases.

DESTINATION WEDDING SERVICES BWM Travel Agency offers complimentary to $500 travel services to clients depending on location, the number of guests, and requirements.

DESTINATION WEDDINGS: A minimum of 10 guests are required to be considered a group booking. In the case of group bookings, BWM Travel Agency requires that each individual guest complete their own reservation and pay a deposit which will be credited towards their final payment. If the group booking is canceled or changed, the deposit will be forfeited.

Wedding Planning Services: BWM Travel Agency offers complimentary wedding planning services for destination weddings. The level of services provided will depend on the location, number of guests, and specific requirements of the wedding. These services include but are not limited to venue selection, vendor coordination, and assistance with travel arrangements. Any additional services beyond the complimentary services will be subject to additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon between the client and BWM Travel Agency. Our highest wedding package at the moment cost $500.00

Venue and Vendor Selection: BWM Travel Agency will assist in selecting and securing the venue and vendors for the wedding. However, the final decision on the venue and vendors will be made by the client. BWM Travel Agency is not liable for any issues that may arise with the venue or vendors, including but not limited to cancellation, rescheduling, or quality of service.

Contract and Deposit: Once the wedding couple approves the proposal, a contract will be created with all the details of the wedding arrangements and a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the wedding date and venue. The deposit amount will vary based on the location, venue, and other specific requirements of the wedding.

Payment Schedule: A payment schedule will be established for the destination wedding, which will be agreed upon by both the client and BWM Travel Agency. A deposit of $500 or 10% of the total cost of the wedding, whichever is greater, is required to secure the wedding date and venue. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the wedding date. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of any deposits paid. We can assist with securing guest deposits if the couple is unable to front the required deposit,

Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to the wedding reservation must be made in writing and sent to BWM Travel Agency. Any cancellation will result in forfeiture of any deposits paid. Any changes to the reservation, including but not limited to changes in dates, venues, or number of guests, may be subject to additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon by both the client and BWM Travel Agency.

Liability Disclaimer: BWM Travel Agency is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during the wedding, including but not limited to issues arising from the venue, vendors, or travel arrangements. BWM Travel Agency is also not responsible for any issues arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

COVID-19: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the wedding couple and their guests must comply with all local regulations and travel restrictions, including any testing or vaccination requirements. BWM Travel Agency is not responsible for any travel disruptions, cancellations, or changes due to COVID-19, and cancellation fees may apply.

Insurance: BWM Travel Agency strongly recommends that the wedding couple and their guests purchase travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen events, including cancellation, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.

CHANGE FEE POLICY Any changes to your booking will incur a $50 change fee from BWM Travel Agency plus the cost of any supplier charges.

Chargeback Policy:
If a customer initiates a chargeback for a travel service booked through BWM Travel Agency, we will first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the customer. If the issue cannot be resolved and the chargeback is successful, BWM Travel Agency reserves the right to charge the customer for any fees or costs associated with the chargeback, including but not limited to bank fees and administrative costs. In addition, the customer may be subject to legal action and may be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred by BWM Travel Agency as a result of the chargeback.
Customers are encouraged to contact BWM Travel Agency directly to resolve any issues or disputes related to their travel bookings, rather than initiating a chargeback.

Liability Disclaimer:
BWM Travel Agency is acting as a travel intermediary or agent for suppliers in arranging transportation, accommodations, and other services related to your travel. BWM Travel Agency does not own, manage or control these suppliers. The suppliers providing travel services are independent contractors and not agents, employees or affiliates of BWM Travel Agency. BWM Travel Agency is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential damage to personal property or health which may be caused by the fault or negligence of any person or company, or for any other event which may occur beyond the control of BWM Travel Agency.
BWM Travel Agency does not assume any liability whatsoever for canceled flights, lost baggage, accidents, injuries, deaths, damage, or irregularities that may be caused to persons or property. BWM Travel Agency shall not be held responsible for any damages, expenses or losses incurred as a result of quarantine, travel restrictions, or any other restrictions imposed by governments or authorities in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Travelers are responsible for checking and complying with the latest travel advisories and restrictions related to COVID-19 and any other potential health hazards.
Force Majeure Clause:
BWM Travel Agency shall not be liable for any delay, damage, loss, or injury arising out of acts of God, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, lockouts, riots, weather, quarantine, pandemics, or any other causes beyond its control. BWM Travel Agency reserves the right to change itineraries and substitute accommodations, activities or transportation as necessary.
Age Restriction:
The minimum age for booking travel with BWM Travel Agency is 18 years old. Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Some supplier require a minimum age of over 18 and in those cases you will be notified.
General Laws:
BWM Travel Agency is not liable for any violation of any laws, regulations, or requirements of any country, state, province or territory that you may visit. General Laws: The traveler is solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and requirements of the destination country, including passport and visa requirements. BWM Travel Agency is not liable for any consequences resulting from the traveler's failure to comply with such laws, regulations, and requirements. Additionally, the traveler agrees to comply with all local laws and regulations in the destination country, including but not limited to laws related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Travel Documents:
Travel documents, including e-tickets, hotel vouchers, and any other travel-related documents will be sent to you via email unless you have opted in for the mobile app. The mobile app service is available at a cost of $15 per person or $150 for groups of 20 or more. You are responsible for ensuring that you have received all necessary travel documents prior to departure.
Intellectual Property Clause:
All content on BWM Travel Agency's website, social media platforms, and marketing materials is the property of BWM Travel Agency and is protected by copyright law. unless other wise stated. The use of any content without the express written consent of BWM Travel Agency is strictly prohibited.
Travel Advisory Reminder:
Travelers are responsible for checking and complying with the latest travel advisories and restrictions related to their destination. BWM Travel Agency strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and delays. BWM Travel Agency is not responsible for any costs associated with any disruption or changes to your travel itinerary due to events beyond its control. Including flight delays, cancellations, unfavorable weather and any other issues that may arise our of our control.
